To drum up awareness of energy conservation, the Coordination Center for Building Design for Energy Conservation, Department of Alternative Energy Development and Efficiency, Ministry of Energy, has recognized The Offices at CentralWorld as one of those buildings with successful energy conservation following conformance in design. The Offices at CentralWorld were designed, adjusted, and developed on existing structures. Architects call this building a "smart" one, thanks to the application of advanced technology and architecture in perfect blend with its surroundings.
