The Central Park development comprises a shopping centre and office tower, seamlessly integrated with the Dusit Thani Hotel and residential components within the mixed-use Dusit Central Park project. The retail component, Central Park, has been introduced as Bangkok’s newest world-class landmark, bringing together urban living and nature through its Park Life & Urban Life Integration concept to enhance quality of life for people in the city. The project features Thailand’s largest rooftop park, spanning more than 7 rai, which extends the green landscape of Lumpini Park into the development’s ecosystem. Central Krabi has distinguished itself through its sustainability achievements, helping Central Pattana secure the Eco-Friendly Mall of the Year award for the second consecutive year. The recognition underscores the company’s leadership in developing projects that integrate business growth with environmental responsibility. Central Krabi is the first shopping centre in Thailand to pursue EDGE Zero Certification, achieving more than 40% energy savings compared to conventional buildings. The project has installed solar panels across a total area of 14,400 square metres, generating 3.2 megawatts of renewable energy — the highest solar power generation capacity within Central Pattana’s portfolio. The development also incorporates sustainable materials throughout the project, including terrazzo made from recycled glass bottles for seating areas and furniture produced using Hybrid Cement, which helps reduce carbon dioxide emissions by 21%. In addition, the project’s “Made by Krabi” development concept reflects Central Pattana’s belief that great destinations should be created together with local communities. The identity, culture, and pride of the people of Krabi have been thoughtfully integrated into every aspect of the project, making Central Krabi more than just a shopping centre.
