Central Pattana celebrates International Women’s Day 2026 with “Give To Gain,” harnessing the 'Power of Giving' to empower opportunities and sustainable equality

BangkokCentral Pattana Plc., Thailand’s leading real estate developer for sustainability, continues to actively advance equality in a meaningful and measurable way. As the Pioneer of Equality, the company consistently creates spaces of opportunity through long-term, multi-dimensional initiatives that empower individuals and communities alike.

In celebration of International Women’s Day 2026, observed annually on March 8, Central Pattana joins the global movement under this year’s international theme, “Give To Gain” — reinforcing the belief that giving is not merely an act of generosity, but a catalyst for shared and sustainable growth.

“Because the power we pass on today is the power that drives women’s potential tomorrow.” Guided by this conviction, Central Pattana brings together its female leadership and distinguished next-generation leaders from diverse sectors to share experiences, extend opportunities, and foster inspiration — advancing a society grounded in equality and collective progress. This initiative reflects the company’s vision, Imagining better futures for all, and its enduring commitment to creating inclusive spaces that embrace diversity while sustainably elevating quality of life.

Leadership Through Opportunity

Ms. Wallaya Chirathivat, President & CEO of Central Pattana Plc., stated:True growth does not occur solely within an organization; it happens when opportunities are extended outward to society at large. Leadership is about opening spaces for people to begin again — whether employees, partners, or those who have stumbled in life. Offering opportunity restores value and dignity. When we choose to give opportunity, society gains hope, transformation, and a better shared future.

“Opportunities given to women today may become our progress and future tomorrow.”

Ms. Wallaya emphasized that when women advance, society progresses alongside them. She has played a significant role in driving and shaping Thailand’s retail and real estate industries, earning recognition as one of Thailand’s and Asia’s leading businesswomen. She has also been instrumental in advancing talent development, while continuously promoting greater opportunities and strengthening women’s leadership roles in the business sector. Through her involvement in IGNITE Thailand — a platform that empowers and connects women leaders across diverse industries — she supports its role as a key mechanism in unlocking potential and advancing the next generation of women leaders.

Embedding Sustainability at the Core of Business

Ms. Naparat Sriwanvit, Chief Finance Officer and President, Hotel and Office of Central Pattana Plc., emphasized the strategic role of ESG principles:Every business decision shapes not only the organization today, but also the stability of society tomorrow. Prioritizing sustainability, responsibility, and stakeholder balance represents an investment in long-term resilience. When an organization gives with intention and prudence, it earns trust, sustained growth, and values that endure across generations.

“When sustainability sits at the heart of every business decision, society receives stable growth and long-term value in return.”

Designing Spaces that Empower Communities

Ms. Juthatham Chirathivat, Head of Business & Design Development, highlighted the importance of local collaboration in development: Development is not simply about building new destinations; it is about shaping spaces where people feel included and can grow together — within families, workplaces, and communities. Understanding, care, and opportunity form the foundation of authentic growth. When people thrive, the spaces and communities around them thrive as well. This is the enduring power of giving.

“Whether as a mother or a professional, the most important thing is creating space for others to grow.”

Through strong local collaboration, Central Pattana continues to empower local communities — preserving cultural identity, generating employment, strengthening local economies, and fostering shared pride.

The company continues its “From Woman to (Future) Woman” initiative for the second consecutive year, creating a platform for intergenerational dialogue and inspiration. Featured speakers include Ms. Pawan Chirathivat, a new-generation executive of Central Pattana; Ms. Maria Poonlertlarp, an inspiring public figure and actress; and Ms. Thanisa Veerasaksri, Founder and Executive of RAVIPA. Moderated by Avalyn, representing (Future) Women, the session delivers meaningful conversations filled with real-life experiences, opportunity, and positive energy.

In parallel, Central Pattana continues its “Tam Dee” (Do Good) initiative for the sixth consecutive year, extending positive impact to society in collaboration with Good Goods and Doi Tung. The program further develops agricultural produce and products from the Royal Project Foundation, along with handwoven textiles from the SUPPORT Foundation, which are co-designed and produced by women from Chiang Mai Women Correctional Institution.

Because the more we give, the more we gain, Central Pattana remains steadfast in opening spaces of opportunity — providing access, support, and an enabling environment where everyone, including women, can grow together equally. Through these sustained efforts, the company reinforces its role as a leading force in driving inclusive progress and shaping a resilient, sustainable future for all.
