‘Central Pattana’ ranks in the 2024 Fortune Southeast Asia 500, reaffirming its position as Thailand’s leading retail and real estate developer and one of the largest companies in the region, determined to be a key driving force in the country.

- Creating new high earnings in 2023, with a total revenue of 46.79 billion baht—a 26% increase from the previous year—and providing the highest dividends since the company was founded.
- Investing 121 billion baht over five years (2024-2028) to continue with project development plans to pioneer districts, enhance potential of major and secondary cities, and drive the economy and tourism forward across the country. The plans include developing new projects, fully reimagining existing projects, and extending success to Southeast Asia by developing the first Thai shopping centre in Malaysia, 'Central i-City,' which celebrated its 5th anniversary with the concept of bringing 'Thainess to the World.'
- Securing the top position as the world’s most sustainable organization in the DJSI World 2023.
Bangkok – Central Pattana Plc., Thailand’s leading real estate developer for sustainability, under the vision of ‘Imagining better futures for all,’ which connects all businesses from retail, residence, and hotel to office projects, has announced its latest success as it ranks in the 2024 Fortune Southeast Asia 500, the list of the top 500 largest companies in Southeast Asia by revenue, organized for the first time in this region by Fortune Magazine. Central Pattana reported revenue of 46.79 billion baht for 2023. The company also ranks No. 1 among Thailand’s real estate companies that enlisted the Fortune Southeast Asia 500 list.

At the beginning of 2024, Central Pattana successfully launched two major mixed-use projects: ‘Central Nakhon Sawan’, with a project value of 5.8 billion baht, and ‘Central Nakhon Pathom’, with a project value of 8.2 billion baht. In 2025, we are preparing to open ‘Central Krabi’, with a project value of 4.5 billion baht, in addition to five mega projects in super prime locations around Bangkok, covering a total project area of more than 2.2 million m².
Central Pattana is continuing with its long-term investments, and its five-year plan from 2024-2028 includes a total investment of 121 billion baht. By 2024, Central Pattana will be operating 42 shopping centers, 17 community malls, 43 residential projects, 10 hotels and 10 office building projects.
In the 2024 Fortune Southeast Asia 500, Central Pattana ranks 220th among the largest companies in Southeast Asia, showcasing Thailand's pride and potential on the international stage.
