The project is designed to promote holistic well-being by responding to the growing demand for active lifestyles with a comprehensive sports destination featuring a jogging track, multi-sport activities, and a carefully curated mix of health-focused brands and key anchors.     The Biophilic Design concept engages all five senses-touch, smell, sight, sound, and taste-to strengthen the connection between people and nature. A key highlight is the exclusive sound healing experience created by renowned soundscape designer Jay Montonn Jira, who composed nature-inspired soundscapes that create a calming atmosphere and encourage visitors to relax and linger longer.

    Central Northville is designed to make every journey through the space an experience, featuring distinctive landmarks and sculptures that serve as destinations, gathering spots, and social spaces.
